Another Spotted Cucumber Beetle form the Fruit and Spice Park. They make lots of changes so the home for this little guy should be gone by the time I return, hope he finds another to its liking !!!

What a sweet capture! I can't believe those little spots all over him - are those eggs? Neat bug and you really razored in on him. The entire image feels a tiny bit dark to me but that might just be my screen. I have got to find a way to get a 180 macro!!! You and Fabs are killing me!

That's great macro work Al. Is it eating or laying eggs?

I'm not sure what is going on but it seem to be eating them?

Hi Alfred. You and Fabs are creating some great images of these colorful beetles. Good sharpness and DOF. It looks a tad dark on my monitor too. The eggs are intriguing - is it eating them? Whose are they? Need to send in a bug detective, I guess. :)

The Forns family are becoming quite the bug shooters. Very good details and good looking BG. Well done.

You nailed the little one here. Wish we know what it is he's eating.
