I like the pink-ish water and the simple elegant reflection. It looks like both the blacks and the whites have lost some details.
This is a very unusual and beautiful image.I agree with Jim and feel the whole image is too bright. I would darken it a bit and then go from there.
Different, graphic, and lovely. The near-prefect symmetry, the pastel colors, and the ripples are a powerful combination.

As a graphic, high-key image this works very well and I assume the attention of the photographer. THe placement of the stilt in the center of the image with the undulating ripples is one of my favor compositions that breaks the rule "Don't place the subject at the center of the frame."
