Super catch of the one that got away! The fish in mid air, the water drops, and the two birds in similar poses all come together really well to my tastes.

A little Shadow / Highlight to get some more detail in the darkest and lightest areas might be something to think about.

What a great action photo....it looks like they're in some sort of fish-relay race. Nice timing to catch the dropped fish while it was still in the air, before hitting the water.
