    Canon 20D, 20-35mm f/4 lens at 31mm, 2.5 seconds @f/11, ISO 100.

    Almost an abstract painting feel to this capture Joel. Great reflections and colour impact - works well for me!

    Joel,

    This is a tough one as the reflection is so perfect that having the horizon at the approximate center of the frame gives a nice balanced feel to it. But is it too balanced thus static. I would suggest trying different compositions - more off top, more off bottom - to explore other possibilities. Pano crop too.

    I have never known where to position the horizon on this one. I think a crop above the pines just might do it..

    A very beautiful morning. I agree with cropping right above the pines.
