I like the clean soft green bg you had and the arch of the perch. You captured the moment before the bird was ready to take off. (Hummingbirds do not push off a perch....they beat their wings full speed and just lift off.) The face and body are sharp and you have a good head angle. So there are a lot of good elements in this image....you were just too close so the wing is clipped and the bird is a little tight in the frame. One or two steps back and one or two steps to the left were all you needed. Look forward to seeing more of your images.
