What a beautiful bird. Did you use any noise reduction on the bird.....the feathers seem a bit smooth. The bird definitely needs a little sharpening. Pretty interesting pose. I'd also like just a bit more turn of the head.

I like the sharp eye and REALLY like the pose you caught. The back swept wings made me take a second look at this photo.
