    The pose looks good. I'm not sure if the focus is on the bird. It looks as if it is in front of it. Does it look sharp at 100%? If so, it may need a bit more sharpening.

    Great timing Using the IF Trnasmiter sure was a good idea Would try a bit more sharpening on the head Sure is a killer image !!!!

    What a cool image! Technically its pretty grainy and looks a bit flashy. But man is it ever cool!

    Halcyon days John! I think Glen's right and I think the solution is less contrast and less saturation. Maybe you could lighten the eye too?

    Stunning shot, John. Is it a crop? If not, I would definitely love to see that slide projected.
