    Jose, need more stats then just the camera, lens. Please read the posting instructions at the top of the forum and include as much information about the image as you can so we can get a good idea of how the image was created.

    That said...you did an amazing job of getting the insect in focus. My only wish would be that you had captured it on a dark colored flower so it would have really popped the insect against it's BG instead of blending in. You'd think the butterflies would realize this and land on a flower of the opposite color!

    I like the soft deep colors in your BG but think you could also do a crop where it stops just below the bottom of the flower leaving only as much color at the bottom as you have at the top.

    Jose, I love it as presented! I would just clone the small bit by the stem-Gorgeous colors!!

    Fine bit of focusing, and the exposure must have been a challenge as well.

    I haven't done much macro work, but spending a little time on this board has been inspiring.

    Jose, Nicely done...I like it as presented...good show...y suggestion would be to clean up the stem...good show...:cool:
