I was visiting Crater Lake and took this image-I liked it because I thought it was different. I was amazed at how blue the color of the water really was. I hiked down to the waters edge and it was freezing in August!

Gus, Crater Lake is in Oregon-the water is a very unusual sapphire blue color-I've never seen anything like it before- I believe it's one of-if not the deepest lake in the lower 48.
Water does look special but not sure I'm for a dip !!! :)
