Hi Caleb Pano is the way to go !!! Might even take some of the foreground out and open the shadows a bit ..... btw not sure what the shutter speed was but would suggest going to a higher ISO !!! Goo reflections off the ball building !!

I did what you suggested and it looks a lot better.:)
I also got rid of the glow were the city meets the sky.
