    In the La Jolla cliffs, on a day when the Pelicans were really performing. We had a great time in San Diego, met with a lot of friends and took a gazillions images.

    Looks very nice Fabs. The deep blue water is a fine backdrop and the unique moment captured is something that I'd like to see in person someday. I'm hoping that you went all out and tried some unique blurs and other experiments too. :)

    Hi Fabs,
    Great pose and beautiful colors here! I would only like to see either the entire bird in frame or a tighter crop to focus the attention where it should be, on the head. As it is now I just find the way the bird is cut off a bit awkward.

    Great technicals here Fabs. I think I would also like a tighter crop or the entiire bird.. Colors are great. Looks like you had a great trip...

    That's a sweet shot Fabs, glad you nailed a bunch while you were here. I like the clean white hindneck and the detail in the edge of the bill looks great. And the blue blur background of course.

    Nicely done Fabs. I like the angle of view. Catching the throat detail, inside of mouth, eye and top of bill is wonderful. Well done.
