    Default Mini Yellow Redone

    I did a crop as suggested and brightened this image. I sort of liked the results and wondered if this is what everyone suggested.
    100-400 f/4.5-5.6L at 380mm. 1/600, f/7.1, spot metering, ISO 400.
    Levels adjustment, Cropped to a vertical format, Re-sharoened, cloned out sone distractions.

    Hey Bill, the image has a lot more life to it now. The crop looks much better. Well done.

    Hi Bill. Yes that was what I was thinking. I'm pleased that you like the results.

    As a suggestion try posted the re-worked image in the same thread as the original so that others can compare and contrast the images.

    I've done that in the "Birds Wild and Free" formum wiht one of my Northern Gannet images.

    Hi Bill, I did't see the original but i think this image looks great, particularly the yellow flower that shows good colour saturation and great detail. Nicely done!!

    I didn't see the original either but I like the composition. Simple but effective.
