    I wanted to get in a little closer on the head and eye details.
    20D, 300 F4LIS + 1.4 on a tripod. Don't have the other settings handy.

    The insect looks good for the most part but the branch is way overexposed. For me, this is a big deal breaker on this image. I can't get past that branch to really enjoy the insect. Also, with your view this close to the wings, I'd also consider going back and adding some more sharpening.

    Hey Art, good focus on the head and exposure looks good on the D-Fly, but agree with Jules on the over exposed branch.
