    Hey Denise,
I like the contrast of the dead leaf and the BG and I also like the diagonal composition in the frame.....am wondering if a slower SS would have conveyed the falling leaf part more as for me right now......it's more of a floating look........not sure I am conveying my thought well here but still.....like the look and IMO you did a nice job with the drop shadow also.

Roman, Maybe I miss named it because I really liked the floating look. Thanks I think I'll re-name it.

Denise, did you make this on a light box? I've been wanting to try that and was just wondering if this is how you got the look of this image. I also think it would make a very nice horizontal photo with a 1/4 turn CCW. Love the translucency of the leaf!

    Very cool shot Denise!!!

Great floating feel to this and love how the light is giving the leaf that transparent look. It really shows off those fine details.

    Well done

Hey Denise, the shallow DOF on the stem and edge gives it a feel of motion as if its falling from the tree. Like it.
