    Great pose and composition. I like the inquisitive tilt of the egret's head. Looks as though the lighting is nice and warm too, although I'd like to see some more wings lit up.

    This is great Milo, the light catches the yellow feet, lores and eyes perfectly. Love the curve of the wings echoed by the alula. Maybe a touch of shadow/highlight to open up under the wings but you may have done that already.

    Superb flight pose and sharpness. I feel a bit much adjustment with highlights. Normally the Egret is not as grey as here.

    Really like the flight pose in this image and wonderful eye contact and sharpness and well placed in the frame. Thanks for sharing Milo.

    Nice pose, it also looks like there is a slight blue cast....
