Shot these leaves in what I call swamp oil, which is really a bacterial film produced by rotting vegetation in the swamp. It goes though a series of color changes, and this silver color is the last phase. This is at the edge of a small stream, and as the water slowly flows by the leaves, it causes these three swirls at the top. Shot with a Fuji S3 Pro, Sigma 180, f/32 at 6 sec.

Mike, I like the colour impact of these autumn leaves that really stand out against the neutral BG. The slow shutter speed has created some interesting swirls across the top further enhancing the composition. Well done!!
I saw the thumbnail of this and before I even clicked on it I thought, "I bet I know who took this one..." Beautiful job, Mike. You really inspire me with your wonderful leaf shots as that seems to be what I am drawn to as well.
