    Default Alligator pano...

Taken at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Reserve. I wish I could give him some more room to the right but there isn't much to work with as this is nearly full frame. Ultimately it strikes me as somewhat ordinary, but maybe I've just been working with it too long. Cropped into a pano presentation to eliminate distracting shoreline.

    Curious to hear your impressions.

    Hi Dan,

If you're up for that sort of thing, it would be real easy to add canvass to the right given the smooth water and even color.

It looks to me like there is some glare on the nose of the gator that might have been taken care of by a polarizer or with a shadow/highlight adjustment.

Even at 700mm I have to wonder how comfortable you were being that close :D

Pano crop works but I wish it wasn't quite so tight. A bit more room on the left and right sides of the frame would help.. Nice reflection and eye highlights. Looks as though a bit of contrast and boosting the color saturation a bit might help as well.
