    Hi all,

    I was recently on Artie's fantastic Bosque IPT and got a couple of shots of some birds for which I do not have an ID.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Per-Gunnar- Am very envious of your trip to Bosque.

    This is an immature White-crowned Sparrow. Notice the head patterning which is similar to the adult you posted behind this post.

    Ah ha! I did initially think it was the same bird but the different colouration threw me.

    By the way, I had to take this hand-held at 840mm as I had no time to get the tripod out...
