This poor leaf had taken quite a ride across the concrete walkway at a nearby park. It blended in so well with its surroundings I almost walked right by it. I'm glad I saw it, though, because I love the texture of the concrete against the scraped up surface of the leaf.

    Good morning Jules,

I really like the texture on texture here. Very nice. Excellent eye. But I do wish the leaf would pop just a little bit more. And I am thinking that maybe the leaf should come in at a bit more of an angle. Just my thoughts... worth about a penny! :)

Good textures here. I'm with Ed at popping the leaf somehow. As it is now, the concrete texture stands out too much. With the tones here, though, it may be difficult to separate the leaf from the concrete.

Hey Jules, nice simple comp with nice texture. Agree the BG seems more powerful than the leaf. Maybe a boost in contract would bring it out more.
