Not getting subscription notifications

For the past couple days I've noticed a lot less e-mail traffic from BPN with notifications of replies to topic I am subscribed to.

I have checked and all my subscriptions still show in the User CP. I wonder if the subscriptions got broken in the move or something? I went to check on a couple and there were new replies, but no notifications.

I'm not sure if you need it or not, but here are two affected threads:

Where have you been, Jim? ;)

This is a known issue and a definite serious problem. After the move of BPN we started hosting our own email server... Some mail was getting through, and some was not.

What we tried to do next was split off our email hosting back to our previous host, so that we wouldn't have anymore issues with sending out our email notifications. For some reason it's not working.

I'll have it fixed ASAP!

Now that I log back in, I notice that all my subscriptions have vanished.

I'm sure you'll get to it and I'm not overly worried. I'll just have to keep closer tabs.

Hi Stuart, I checked your user information from the admin area, and you're using a gMail account for the forums. You should be receiving your emails. I'm using a gMail for the time being, and I receive them.

They may be falling to your spam folder. If that's the case, click the email, then click "Not Spam" at the top, and our messages will never be marked as spam again.
