    I was in my blind and I saw him staring at me. I zoomed in and got this pose. The sharpness and the feather details are amazing. This is not a great picture but it is kind of out of the box...

    That it is Rene !!!! Do have one suggestion For extreme close ups go tighter The interesting part is the head area

    Cropped and tweaked a little You could also clean the branch on the bg

    I would have just cropped a bit off the top to tighten it up a bit but only because I love the depth of detail in all those feathers. Wonderful color on this one - just enough to make it "pop" but not so much that it looks oversaturated. Nice job!
