This is a little more conventional version of the image that I posted in the Zorak thread.

    EOS-1Ds MKIII
MP65-E at 1.5x-ish with Canon Ringflash. ETTL; -1 EC

    ISO 640
    1/250
    f14

Although I loved the original "Zorac" I'm having some trouble with this one, Michael. I see the majority of focus on the mouth instead of the eye and that bothers me a bit. Was that your intention to put the emphasis on the mouth?

    Good critique Julie! I agree.

I would like to add that in this image the flash highlights look harsh.

Yep. I have to agree with both of you. I have a much better shot than this one... why I didn't select it I haven't a clue :D

Julie- I would bet that I attempt to focus on the eyes 100% of the time. It's almost automatic for me. BUT... the MP65E, especially hand held, will set a person's DNA back to early primate in a hurry :)

By the way, seconds after this shot was taken the bug attacked :D

Hey Michael, it is a cool inside look at this handsome guy, and agree with the others.
