    Life at the Lake

    I like this better than the original shot but am interested in what you all think.

    I cropped and desaturated the image; applied black pencil effect, followed by the buzz effect; then returned some color using layers and colorization. I then added a canvas texture and an edge treatment.

    Thanks, folks. I was going to delete the original, it was pretty blah, but for some reason started to play with it and was able to turn it into something I liked much better. Sometimes it's worth doing.
