Hi folks ... this time a very cautious adult Godwit , as I think they had chicks in the high grass . Have not seen them ... but they behaved the same way other Godwits did at that location .

Nice habitat! Good colours throughout, and the alert pose with outstretched neck is fun. I'd have preferred less foreground (maybe close to half) as I feel the subject is a bit high in the frame. But vertical certainly was the way to go.
Looking good Andreas. Great alert pose and I really like the BG. As Dan said, a wee bit from the bottom would enhance this image. Very well captured and looking so natural. Good work.
Nice image. Of all the grasses and oof flowers only two things bug me -- the lightened grass-heads, one in fronton and one behind the head.
