    Hi folks ... very quiet here , so I will throw in a Squirrel .
    A lot of testing involved in the past two weeks , did not find a solution that worked properly .... so I made it like Jon suggested . Manual focus ... and hope for the best . I get one or two frames out of every jump ... with all sorts of poses .

    EF 200 - 400 IS L at 560 mm
    Tripod

    F 6,3 ; Iso 8000 ; 1 / 3200 sec

    Processed with DT 4.7.0 and PSCC 2024 ; slight crop

    Wow that looks sharp! Focus bang on and super colours, the water droplets add to the drama, the OOF stump at the base adds context, it ticks all the boxes for me!!
