    Hi folks ...a simple shot of the GSW .
    Image captured at " my " feeding station that I have set up in the wood .... just a feeder and I go there with my camo stool and hope for the best .

    Canon EOS R 6 II
    RF 2,8 400 IS L + 2x TC
    Tripod

    F 8 ; Iso 12.800 ; 1/1000 sec

    Processed with DT 4.6.1 and PSCC 2024 ; slight crop ; gardening in BG

    Very nice indeed, I like the light and colours, the pose is interesting, DOF is adequate , background and perch look great. Maybe - just maybe someone has been monkeying around with her eye???

    What you call " monkeying around " is a simple levels layer for tonal adjustment , like I give for every eye in every image . But feel free to call it .... monkeying around

    Andreas just beautiful this may be your best woodpecker. I love the perch setup the green moss adds. If anything some may say a little large in the frame. But I tend to do that works for me TFS

    Beautifully designed and I love the colors. Maybe someone needs to monkey around with the eye.
