Hi folks ... this Bear seems to say , be aware this is my catch .
Look at that eye contact , I love that .
Maybe you like it too .

Image captured on the beach of Kuril Lake , river mouth was just to the left ... where all the Salmon where trying to go to for spawning .

Hello Andreas,

I do like the expression from the bear and those 'wild eyes', very impressive. Nice POV too. Tempted to remove the bird though as it detracts quite a bit, but it's all up to you. Just curious, what was the subject feeding on?

Almost ghost like, the paler fur looks "edgey" yet not over-sharpened, I really like the image, it leaves me wondering just what the bear is thinking. I don't mind the gull on the right. A very strong image - super processing, I like it a lot.

@ Gabriela ... I decided to let the gull live , as there is another one right behind the bear . That one is somehow difficult to remove .... so I let both live
