    It was dull and overcast and raining so I thought why not see what the possibilities were. Image captured from a hide in the back garden. (Re-cropped for composition.)

    Nice one Jon. Looking real good at ISO 12800. I like the pose on both birds. Maybe sharpen and add a wee bit contrast to the lower bird. The rain adds. Well captured.

    Hi Jon ... a absolute gorgeous capture in my eyes .
    All coming nicely together with the two birds and their poses , lovely separated from the cool BG ... not to forget the rain droplets !!!

    Just the processing on the tonal/color front is off for me personally . Too dark and WB is too warm IMHO . Colors are very dull ... even if shot under dull conditions I would bring far more life to the capture , come on Jon invest MORE .
