Hi folks ... now the male from the same location, just provided a different stick to rest on .
BG is a OOF building and dry yellow grasses on RHS . Light was a bit better , slight thin wispy clouds .... changing with sunshine.

Processed with ACR and PSCC 2023 ; slight crop from RHS ; removed two twigs from RHS

Wow, I think it would be hard to improve on this! Composition, focus, detail, exposure, colours, even the colours in the background are sympathetic to the subject.
I would be very easy to overexpose the chest and cheek - but no this is spot on!
