    It works for me, your exposure and colours look very good, details/sharpening good too. I can't remember seeing a woodpecker in deep snow.

    Hahha ... Will , such a cool capture of the WP !!!
    Love the image design with the snow and the WP jumping of the screen .
    Colors looking good as does the overall tones . Well controlled HL and shadows .

    Wondering if you have used any Topaz Sharpening ?? AS in parts it does look quite strong ... see the very bright fringes in the beak and parts of the plumage ??!! Might be just me ...

    I love that one foot showing above the snow. Good pose overall, and the whites look perfect. Nice and sharp. I so wish the snow did not peak so high in front of the breast though. Gotta love birds in snow!
