Hi folks ... a happy new year to all of you
Hopefully , it will be a good one ....
Been a longer time that I did post or edited some of my things , now maybe more regularly ....
Image from the archive , taken last year in spring ... hence the Squirrel does look less attractive in spring .
One of my high Iso trials at that time , think the output is very good under given circumstances .
Color and tones can be for sure discussed , but I liked the deep tone and intense colors for the moment .
Canon EOS R3
RF 100 - 500 IS L at 400 mm
HH
F 7 ; Iso 51200 ; 1/1600 sec
Processed with C1 and PSCC 2024 ; slight cropped and recomposed by moving the crop to the right to get a better balance , filled the empty canvas via PS . Ending up in full frame size
Thanks for watching and commenting to my last postings , comments and critiques are more than welcome
Glad you managed to contribute here in Wildlife Forum, and such a nice image despite the subject looking a bit undernourished and in need of a few tasty morsels Was she wet or shedding fur/ molting? Very cute, nevertheless.
Frame is well composed, I also like the background and the presence of some green moss on the tree trunk. Pose is very nice and good head angle form the little squirrel.
Image looks really good for such high ISO, well processed too with vibrant colours. Hope you find more in the archives and keep sharing with us, I enjoyed this frame very much.
