    Sedge Wren image from last August. I have a few similar images with a green backdrop, but this pose was the best despite blue background.
    It was selected for inclusion in the Dec 2023 issue of Missouri Conservationist magazine.

    Absolutely excellent.To me the blue background is fine there are enough competing colours enhancing the frame already.

    The legs are fantastic! Love the singing pose as well. I think you could have dropped to f/9 (and ISO 1600) an preserved a bit more detail across the perch (and particularly on the right bit). But overall a really sweet image.

    Doing the splits! Great image. I think there is a little posterization bottom right, otherwise the BG is fine because it is nicely graded.
