    I noticed a group of Jackdaws rummaging amongst the dry grasses, I guessed one might make for a slightly different image once it had spotted me.

    The yellow eye makes the shot - it draws the viewer straight in! We can really feel the bird banking. My only issue is the crop as I want more room on the left of the bird and less to the right. Well done.
