Finally was able to get out and shoot a couple days ago. I believe this was a juvenile since there were many in breeding colors and they all should be still at this time of year.

Wow, peaches and cream, super pose and background, tones look super. The water droplets add that little extra dimension, the eye is sharp so is the bill, I might have been tempetd to give just a little more space all round.
Hi Kurt a very fine shot , even the slight head turn is so cool !!!
Does look good to me as presented ... the droplets are a nice bonus
Nice work and TFS Andreas
Super attentive pose! It's great that the face and beak are clear of the wing. Exposure and details look great. Detail on the legs and the trailing drops are the perfect touch. I'd clone the reflected/lower catchlight.
Hi Kurt, I echo all the positive comments. Really nice image, thank you for sharing.

This is outstanding Kurt!
We only get them with breeding plumage, which is so nice, but I'd like one in non-breeding as well.
You crushed this one. The pose, great look at eye detail all the way down to the toes, smooth bkg with a little pop of color. Love it!
