A visitor to the set up.....I find these birds quite difficult to photograph as they are always on the move, and getting a decent pose and HA is always a bonus....This is the first time I have photographed the bird with it's wings up, which gives a good view of the rarely seen underside. ACR, Topaz DN and PS.

Can't say that the open wing does anything for me. Needs more real-estate above the the bird and less below.

Good moment in time for me! Great to see those claws too. Composition could be optimised but exposure and detail are good.

I agree with Jack about the composition but like the raised wing. But what's going on with the outer primaries? They seem to be as much background as bird.

Otherwise the claws steal the show. They are so cool. I have nothing decent of our Brown Creeper, so I know how hard it is to photograph this species.

Hi Will for sure a nice catch and maybe not easy to photograph .... so I would say you got lucky and did well .
Looking at your techs I would expect a technically pin sharp image ... but at least for me it does not appear really sharp .
It might be a crop where you exceeded the limitations of your kit .
I like the content though ....
