Exif data shows I clicked this image 4 minutes after the oystercatcher I posted last time. As that shot was ~20 mins after the pelicans, it was like shooting fish (err birds) in a barrel at this location!
Laying prone in 6 inches of water this time around.

So cool and elegant shot of this bird species Dorian , love your typical low approach and the color gradients from FG to BG .
Colors looking quite nice in general , think the subject could go more colorful ( gently ) and more 3D . AS presented I think the subject if quite flat in the tonal range .... IMHO.
You can run a curve adjustment in LR .... no clarity or adding black . Or you add a touch of dehaze to the subject and hit the colors as well .... two flies with one stroke
