    Default Reddish Egret

Exif data shows I clicked this image 4 minutes after the oystercatcher I posted last time. As that shot was ~20 mins after the pelicans, it was like shooting fish (err birds) in a barrel at this location!

Laying prone in 6 inches of water this time around.

    Canon 600mm f/4 IS II + 1.4x III on EOS R5
1/5000 at f/5.6, ISO 640 (was set up for action in case it danced around, but it never did!)
    Processed in LR CC

A noble stance, such a sweet shot with those lovely shades of blue and brown, all complimentary.

A real beauty, I looked in PSCC - really well processed and great colours.

So cool and elegant shot of this bird species Dorian , love your typical low approach and the color gradients from FG to BG .
Colors looking quite nice in general , think the subject could go more colorful ( gently ) and more 3D . AS presented I think the subject if quite flat in the tonal range .... IMHO.
You can run a curve adjustment in LR .... no clarity or adding black . Or you add a touch of dehaze to the subject and hit the colors as well .... two flies with one stroke

    Cool image and TFS Andreas
