Loving that low angle! Light is great, so are the details. I could see taming the highlights a bit, especially on the throat. Image also feels a bit blue/cold given the perfect low light. If you have the canvas to loosen the crop I would do that. He's super cramped right now. Would also clone the single white plume hanging off underside of tail.
Love the low angle but for the feet being cut off. Looks too contrasty to me. Sharp for sure.
