Don't love nor hate the specs at the top, but definitely a bit interesting.
It's always nice when you can preserve buds, flowers, cones, etc on perches and that would have been great here too, however I see your choice based on the subject.
The colors are nice. I do think you have some room to give it some tonal punch. But overall very nice to view!

Personally I would add a bit more Oomph to the subject and perch ,plus I would change the WB a touch warmer .
Yes to more "punch" (add contrast or deepen the blacks), and yes to the exclusion of the pine cone at left. Great perch otherwise, and the cute pose by the subject is, well, cute!
