    Incredible action. Sharp with a nice background. You encountered some bad luck with the face-of the upper bird and the eye of the lower bird.

    Fantastic action and an awesome BG.
    I would center the birds if mine- why did you put them slightly to the left of the frame?
    Too bad the eye is in shadow on the upper bird but I am being super picky here.

    Thanks very much everyone, glad you liked it. The composition is a little off centre because I thought it would better reflect the totally random direction in which they engage. I could place more centrally by adding canvas.

    Yes Arash this is the one I ha been waiting for. I have had similar ones where the bill had been held by the other bird's foot but there was always something "wrong" eg. a wing in the way. Also I noted Artie's comments, one day I will get "the" shot.
