Not a lot of options with a fixed lens Jon and these animals are so easily spooked, but eyes open would have been nice. A rare day to have good light. Certainly a more challenging location than Churchill with it’s constant traffic of tundra buggies running back and forth.

I think you did quite well under the given circumstances ... but the finest detail has suffered slightly .
In PS it always looks better, but that's not the point.
The Walrus in front is not ideal ( albeit unavoidable ) and the snow/ice close to the head
Just adds a bit more context, the white capped ice isn't an issue for me.
I hope I can chime in today with something else ...
