My previous post of two White Fronted Bee-eaters, was describing this location of having Bee-eaters at the back of the nursery, and Sunbirds frequenting the Aloes in the actual nursery. Here is a Juvie White Bellied Sunbird just about to takeoff from an Aloe plant. There are no hides/blinds. One just needs to keep still, wait for any Sunbird to perch on an Aloe to feed, and fire away. These guys are very busy and skittish, so you need to be quick. Taken early morning.
