Taken last December. I generally don't bother going out on overcast days but it had been cloudy for so long I just had to get out. Kestrels are extremely skittish
in my area so you rarely get a reasonable close flyby. Taken by skidding to a stop on a gravel road and jumping out of my vehicle. The bird was past me before I
got a lock. Not a fan of cloudy, high key backdrops but the pose has a dynamic look that I find appealing. Processed with Topaz DeNoise AI.

Well caught, the slight head turn toward the camera saved the day, nicely detailed.

A great grab shot, I'd say. The look back just right and I like the BG. TFS

Quite a pose Jack and certainly a different flight angle. This fella really gave you a nice acknowledgement.

The file is quite sharp and you captured the detail nicely. I think the bkg is fine and better than an over-saturated blue sky.

    Comped nicely, a solid frame!
