Not a colourful image, and not a flashy species, but I love gulls and I thought this image was pretty neat

Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC III, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/4000s., f/5.6, ISO 1600, natural light, handheld, cropped from horizontal and canvas added top and bottom (both wings were nearly clipped). This would work nicely as a square or 5:4 comp too.
