I'm almost finished weeding through my 2017 images, deleting thousands of files and finding a few more keepers including several more warblers. This guy, from Mount Desert Island, Maine, needed some audio coaxing to get him down out of the high spruce trees.
I really like this Bill.
I think the leaves frame him well.
I do wish that both feet could be seen but this is a minor observation.
I wish for a slight head turn our way.
Gail
Thank you all. Krishna, I tried lifting the mid-tones with curves but didn't like the result so I left it. Colin, I've always wondered why they call him Black-throated Green. It's true that in some light his yellow has a somewhat greenish tint, but still more yellow than green. I guess there are so many other warblers with bright yellow that "they" needed another color. Gail, can't do much about the head or foot.
