These Black Swan chicks were close by their mother, but I managed to photograph them on their own. This was early morning, sun at my back. As they were photographed from a raised platform it was not possible to get any lower. The water colour is as I saw it. Feedback always appreciated. Cheers.

Thanks so much David...yes, they're very cute!
P.S. Just noticed on your bio that you're a Jethro Tull fan..me too. Saw them twice here in Brisbane in the 70's, and again a few years back. They're great live. Thick as a brick has to be one of the best albums of all time I reckon. Cheers.
The high perspective worked very well here. Super sharo and beautifully processed. In a perfect world, the preening cygnet would have raised its head. And yes, the EXP lookss great too.

This is a very cute and memorable image. Paul. Closing down to f/11 was wise! The birds really pop on the textured blue water, and I think getting catchlights in 3 of 5 is pretty good. Nice!
