One of the famous fast 5 Tano Bora cheetah coalition attempts to (unsuccessfully) slap down a yearling wildebeest.
Sure......a front on/eye contact shot would have been the ideal angle, but when you have 5 boys all trying to pick an intended target, luck plays a huge role.

Great action Marc, I get the impression that there is a little too much blue in the image, reducing them I think helps.
Many thanks Jon, as this was taken around 8 am after the usual cool/rainy overnight weather, I have already warmed up the WB in the FG action here, but kept the BG to reflect the actual temp conditions.
Loved the action and the timing here . I think the image has all action and moment in it which I feel is not so easy to capture when out there on the field , things happen pretty fast and even faster when there is a Cheetah in the mix.
I also feel there is some bluish cast but that may well be because of the bkg as you mentioned above.
Even without the eye contact I like this shot, wish I 'd have one like this. The posture of the cheetah's body and the open mouth of the second wildebeest tell a powerful story to me. Like the clumps of dirt from the hooves.
