    Here's another slow shutter speed effort, I didn't try hard enough really I went back to the easy stuff wish I had
    spent more time on this technique.

    D850, 300mm F/2.8, 1/50th at F/14, ISO 64

    Think i like the one better than previous. The sense of motion is great. Can see why you placed the bird on the right side of the frame. Just a little more above would have been nice.

    Pretty good sense of movement indeed, I especially enjoy the water drops trailing off. More room above and right would have been better IMO, but still an effective frame. I'd be tempted to remove the bands if enough source material is available when working large.

    Much prefer this frame Tim. Although I would have preferred extra space in front, I don't think its a deal breaker, because this time the trailing water and the sharp eye more than make up for the slightly awkward framing.

    Great techs with the sharp face and blurred wings, good panning technique as well

    The blurred wings sure make the image come 'alive'. Well done on doing this type of photography. There must have been plenty opportunity to photograph these WTE's, as I would never think about doing a blurred shot with these birds. Yes to less room behind and more in front.

    This is some really impressive technique; this image screams motion. Amazing you got the head as sharp as you did. Agree more room in front of bird would be good, assuming you have it.
