Nice perch and an interesting framing effect from the out of focus branches.
Well exposed.
The birds face isn't quite as sharp as other areas in the image, so you might want to recheck where your focus point was on the image.
The fairly steep shooting angle isn't as flattering as a lower angle usually.

This is a female Red-winged Blackbird. I like the framing. Not a fan of the OOF branches. You could probably lift a little more detail out of the shadows. Agree with Randy, the angle is too steep.

I agree with the critiques above. The good news is that this species often comes down into the reeds/cattails to provide excellent eye-level views. Neat perch here with the very early stages of burgeoning leaves.
Solid advice already. The pose is nice and the bird is in the open.
