Handsome bird, good shooting angle, drops of water, head angle and color harmony.
On a purely personal plane, I would prefer the foreground to not be quite so bright, and you could consider toning it down a bit. In a perfect world it would have been nice to have the lovely background color in front as well.

I agree with the foreground. I did try to tone it down.

I love the foreground, the bird, and the BKGR. You did well with the flash lighting the bird without looking obvious.

Nice view of this wigeon. The low angle is nice. The flash is very well balanced.
